Stretching and yoga and similar movements have been part of my life for a long time.

If people can't motivate themselves to stretch properly, or have to watch TV to do so, well, I just don't understand that.

The enormous benefits of stretching regularly are usually evident after only a few weeks. Anyone who gets that far into it (i.e., just a few weeks) shouldn't need tricks.

But hey, if you have to outwit yourself to get it done, I suppose that's better than nothing -- but focusing on your muscles, tendons, ligaments, your breathing, and being very focused on exactly what you are doing (i.e., not watching TV or doing anything else), I believe, is critical.

But hey, that's just my take. What do I know?
