  I had a very bad car accident about 20 years ago in which I should have died and by the Grace of God I was knocked unconscious for a little while and only a miner cut to my right thigh, (we drive on the  left hand side of the road here in New Zealand), and later on I had bruising to my body. The thing is ,is that I now suffer really bad migraines, always starting behind my right eye and have right neck , lower back and right hip pain. Another thing that that is happening as I get older is that my back, right hand side rib/s are popping. I have had countless scans and been to a number of specialists. The scans have come up with two disks on the LOWER LEFT side of my spine have nerve and disk damage. I have had a number of pain blocking procedures ,of which these are nor permanent and therefore at times the pain has gone only temporarily. I am looking forward to receiving your book and reading that. Thank you for your stretching videos and the work you do there in America

I am not sure how your ordering system works either.  It all looks very interesting.  I have been doing 1 exercise that I got in my email with the staircase just would like to ramp it up alittle. I fell off the wagon on a recent two week trip away and found that I was waking up in the morning with sore hips and those old aches and pains. I started the stretching again and after only one session  woke up with no pain or aches.So I am now back on the wagon and feel good and I have promised myself I will keep it up. I find that if I do the program for at least 4 times a week all is well.
