Thanks for stopping by. This happens to be the first site under the Joey Atlas brand that has gone through a ‘makeover’. And it’s a significant makeover – aimed at allowing for more exchange of helpful information – not just from me to you – but also from you to me and everyone else who takes a liking to the Joey Atlas philosophy of fitness (and life).
Now – keep in mind, this site hasn’t been fully ‘adjusted’ yet – so you may see some weird things or ‘empty’ pages – but we are working hard on this site and all the others (plus a few new ones).

I appreciate the level of enthusiasm and interest from everyone and I want to share some of the behind the scenes stuff with you as we get closer to releasing the book – so here you’ll find a preview of the front cover:
The video clip on the Home page is the clip that we shot for the beginning of the Professional Remake of the Ultimate Leg, Butt, Hip and Thigh Makeover DVDs – and many people sent in feedback about how that would make a great piece for the public to have access to – so they can get to know ‘Joey’ a bit better than just seeing some photos or readings articles, etc…
Here is one cool feature (several more are being worked on as we speak) that will help you stay in touch and spread the word about new articles that I post not just this site but all of the new Joey Atlas sites. I just received your optimum flexibility DVDs in the mail today. They couldnt have arrived at a better time. I was prety sore from a workout yesterday. I did the 45minute version straight away an now I feel a lot better, not so sore and tight.
I love your no nonsense approach to fitness and hey, the white socks look fine.
Hello: I just received your DVD, I will star working out until the Dr. says it ok for my to work out, I just had breast surgery, so I can’t move so much, but I’m looking foward to work out and loose all the giggle butt and thights……

I fell off the wagon on a recent two week trip away and found that I was waking up in the morning with sore hips and those old aches and pains. I started the stretching again and after only one session woke up with no pain or aches.So I am now back on the wagon and feel good and I have promised myself I will keep it up. I find that if I do the program for at least 4 times a week all is well.

I am quite interested in what you are advertising online. I am having difficulty in getting or making any headway with this so called ebook . I am not sure how your ordering system works either. It all looks very interesting. I have been doing 1 exercise that I got in my email with the staircase just would like to ramp it up alittle. I am an exercise buff nothing really like I should but I try to keep myself motivated. Well enough for now I do hope to hear back from someone also. Thanks Dee!
